Fighting Abusers
Most users of these chat rooms are decent people but sometimes the scum wanders from the dark holes
of the net and tries to cause problems. In that case here is how to deal with users who abuse you.
Click on their name on the right hand side you will see a number with a lot of dots known as an IP number.
eg. 216.76.209.150
Each individual user has there own IP number and their ISP knows who they are. Broadband users usually have
what is called a static IP number (it never changes) but dial up users get a different IP number each time they
dial in.
This will give you the ISP behind the IP#, then simply email the isp's abuse department.
In the email please include details of what happened and include a transcript of the chat.
Make sure you give them the time and be specific eg. 1AM GMT
